Event Description
This is the second in a series of brown bags focused on issues in long-cause departments. Our trial department judges will be providing tips and pointers in how to successfully present your long cause hearing or trial. This part of the series will take a deeper dive into trial preparation and navigating the thornier pre-trial discovery issues.
