This comprehensive program covers all 8 hours of training required by California Rules of Court, Rule 5.24, to renew your status on the Minor’s Counsel panel, plus a bonus judge’s panel!  This seminar we are focusing on the nuts and bolts of being a Minor’s counsel, from learning of your appointment, through discovery, trials, reports and finally protecting yourself at the end of the day from malpractice claims.  This year’s training will be a return to IN PERSON and will be completed all in one-day.  For those of you that cannot attend, a recording (not including the judge’s panel) will be available.  For those of you that are new applicants, the remaining 4 hours will also be available for recording.
