You've got a trial a year away ... now what?
This is the first in a series of brown bags focused on issues in long-cause departments. This first session focuses on basics of effectively preparing for trial, planning for and meeting deadlines once trial is set, and managing client expectations pending, during and after trial. Other topics may include trial briefs, evidence presentation, objections, motions in limine, and opening and closing arguments.
