This online webinar covers all 12 hours of training required by California Rules of Court, Rule 5.24 for Minor's Counsel to apply as a new member on the Minor's Counsel panel. This is geared for new applicants only. In particular, this session covers applying to the panel and addresses FAQs. Topics include a panel on cultural bias, domestic violence, parent alienation, working with the attorneys of your client's parents – traps for Minor’s Counsel – and much more.
