Those that have the means can afford private judges, private investigators, private mediation and completely opt out of the court system. The rest must get creative with shoestring budgets while waiting months for paperwork to be processed just to get a hearing date. This CLE is directed to giving your clients the best representation they can afford and how you as an attorney can still present cases that require expert testimony without the budget for an expert and get paid doing it.
