This brown bag deals with supervised visitation & the role of Minor's Counsel in high conflict custody cases, especially in light of Covid 19 and the difficulties the pandemic has presented.  Led by Dave Schulman, CFLS & Koryn Sheppard, CFLS, the webinar will cover the role of MC in these cases and the ways in which family law attorneys can effectively work with MC on behalf of their clients.  It will provide you with a framework to help you help your client understand the role of a MC with respect to their child.  The CLE ends with Carol Lumahan, a licensed supervised monitor, who will outline ways that you can help make the visitation process work more smoothly for children and offer suggestions on ways to get and keep these visitations on track for children.
