Event Description
This comprehensive program covers all 8 hours of training required by California Rules of Court, Rule 5.24, to renew your status on the Minor’s Counsel panel, plus a bonus judge’s panel! This year’s seminar will have presentations from Family Court Services, Child & Family Well Being (CFWB), and several local experts. Other topics include the latest in privilege and testimonial issues, working with mental health providers, and working with special needs clients. For those of you that are new applicants, the remaining 4 hours will also be available via recording on demand.
