The Diversity Committee of the SDFLBA presents the Summer Seminar. "Drafting Legal Jargon and Avoiding Liability - Understanding What You Wrote".
The 4 hour seminar features three outstanding presentations:

Kelly Waggonner, CFLS & Merrianne Dean, "Avoiding Pitfalls and Perfecting Pre-Nups, Post-Nups, and MSAs" with an Estate Planning component;

Jesse Blanco, CPA on "Tax Considerations in a Divorce"; and finally

Leslie Abrigo, CFLS & Colleen Warren, CFLS, "Mike Shea Ethics Presentation: Liability for Failure to Fact-Check Declarations."
This CLE has been approved with the State Bar Of California for 4.0 Participatory Family Law Specialization credits (3.0 Community Property) and 1.0 Participatory MCLE Ethics.
